Here at RHS Computers we personalize every purchase. For this reason, a consultation session is required before we purchase the needed equipment for you as to make sure you really need the part or computer so you won't be making an erroneous purchase. Don't worry, the majority of consultations are free and service charges only come later if you require us to install the new equipment.

About the new computers:

Most of the new computers we build are focused toward the home / office type environment and are designed to be reliable workhorses. However, we have built more powerful machines for gamers and people that require more robust computing that would make even the most savvy computer gamer drool. Don't forget about our unparalleled quality control! All computers get special treatment in order to protect against viruses and spyware, and desktop computers are hand built and fully tested before ever leaving the shop. The majority of new custom computers we build also have data security in mind. Hard drives these days have not had the quality of the past, no matter what brand you purchase. In order to solve this problem in our computers, we generally use a dual hard drive system known as RAID so that if one drive were to fail, the computer would just keep on running. If more robust data security is required, we even offer a hot swappable removable hard drive system that provides the extra edge on data loss prevention.
