RHS Computers was founded back in 1998 in Fallbrook, CA to provide the consumer with a personal commitment to each individuals computer needs with computer services such a networking, repair, and custom built computers. As most of you know, computer repair facilities have been pretty impersonal places to be and those companies would only see dollar signs attached to their customers computers. Here at RHS Computers we think differently. We believe that the customers computer is an extension of that person and that the data within is very important. With that in mind, every effort is taken to ensure that data will not be lost, even if it means taking the longer route to fix the problem. And on a more personal level that most can appreciate that I, Nathan Ballou, have even spent more than 20 hours on a single computer just to ensure that the customers data would not be lost when other computer repair shops would have just wiped the drive and started fresh. Call me crazy but I believe the customer always deserves the best service, even if the job won't pay for my next vacation.
